Shop/Shipping Policies

All items are shipped using USPS usually via Priority or Ground & include $100 insurance. All items ship at a flat-rate to cover packaging and fees.  

Shipping Time
Please allow 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday & add a day for federal holidays) for your order to ship. I work as hard as I can to get orders out as quickly as I am able. Thank you for understanding. 

If for some reason you may need your order quicker reach out via my contact form & I will do my best to accomadate. There is no guarantee. 

I typically drop packages off at the post office Thursday-Saturday. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Lil Darlin Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All packages are insured up to $100. If item arrives damaged during shipment reach out to me via email within 48 hours of package being delivered with multiple photos of damaged package & we will figure out a solution. If it is later than 48 hours of delievery there is nothing I can do. Thank you for understanding!
