Shop Policies

I typically ship orders Thursday-Saturday. Some products are made to order, but that will always be stated in the listing. All items are shipped via USPS ground shipping. I do my best to reuse any packing material I have on hand to reduce single-use products. 

Please do not reach out to me about shipping unless it has been over 7 days. I work my hardest to get orders out as fast as I can. In the event that you need your order faster, please email me and I will do my best to get it out in the time frame that you need it (with an extra charge), but there is no guarantee. 


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Any charge backs will result in your future orders being automatically canceled and you will no longer be able to order from me. Lil Darlin Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All packages are insured up to $100. If item arrives damaged during shipment reach out to me via email within 48 hours of package being delivered with multiple photos of damaged package & we will figure out a solution. If it is later than 48 hours of delievery there is nothing I can do. Thank you for understanding!
